- Can I change plans later?
- Paid subscriptions are not live yet. When billing launches, you will be able to move between Starter, Growth, and Pro. If you already know you need higher volume or a custom setup, talk to us.
- Does HOP work for businesses other than hotels?
- Yes. HOP is a general AI customer assistant for businesses. Hotels are one solution — HOP also fits restaurants and cafés, retail, beauty and services, and other businesses that regularly answer customer questions.
- Which channels does HOP support?
- Website chat and Instagram messages. Those are the channels HOP supports today.
- Can HOP hand conversations to a person?
- Yes. Human handoff is part of the product. When a customer asks for a person, or HOP is not confident, the conversation is flagged for your team with the context they need.
- Can HOP learn from my website?
- Yes. You can add your website so HOP can sync page knowledge, and you can also train it directly with your products, services, policies, and FAQs.
- What happens if I need more conversations?
- The conversation numbers on this page describe upcoming plan packaging and are not enforced in the product yet. If you expect high volume — or run more than one property — talk to us about a Business / Custom plan.
- Is HOP Greece a separate product?
- No. HOP Greece is the hospitality-focused version of the HOP experience for hotels in Greece, powered by the same HOP platform.
